On St. Valentine's Day, due the high volume of floral orders, flowers might be delivered 2 or 3 days after or before the February 14th., depending on the amount of orders to be delivered to the recipient's country. |

Orders for Mother's or Father's Day might be delivered 2 or 3 days after or before, depending on the amount of orders to be delivered to the recipient's country. |

Christmas and New Year orders are generally delivered 2 or 3 days after or before to the requested delivery date, depending on the amount of orders to be delivered to the recipient's country. |

| Floral orders can be cancelled up to three working days before the delivery date by giving details of the order number. |

| Cancellation after this time can only be accepted under exceptional circumstances, and chargeback cannot be guaranteed. |
